Reservation and Cancellation Policy for Sandal Casa Resort
Check-In and Check-Out Times
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
Booking Policy
- A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation.
- The remaining balance is due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
A. General Terms and Conditions
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, cottages, and public dining areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
Safety Precautions
Guests must observe all safety precautions and heed warning signs issued by the management within the resort premises.
Food and Drink Policy
Bringing outside food and drinks into the resort requires prior arrangements and may incur corkage fees. Similarly, food and beverages prepared by the resort can only be taken out with prior notice to the management. The resort is not liable for any injury, damages, or loss incurred by consuming such items without prior arrangement.
Use of Resort Equipment and Facilities
Guests are responsible for using resort equipment and facilities with care. Any damage caused by guests’ fault or negligence will be charged to their account.
Parking
Parking is available for guests. Drivers must surrender their driver’s license or a government ID upon entry. The resort assumes no liability for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises or valuables left inside them.
Cleanliness
Guests are expected to keep the surroundings clean and dispose of rubbish in designated bins.
Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited within the resort premises.
Public Motor Vehicles
The resort is not affiliated with tricycles and other public motor vehicles transporting guests to and from the resort. It is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by its use.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disrupt the peace of the resort or other guests. The management reserves the right to ask misbehaving guests to leave the premises.
Medical Emergencies
In medical emergencies, guests may request assistance to be taken to a hospital with the resort nurse. Any related costs are the guest’s responsibility.
Walk-In Guests
Walk-in guests without reservations arriving after 5:00 PM will not be accommodated.
B. Booking Arrangement and Rates
Reservation Methods
Reservations can be made via the website, telephone, or email.
Online Reservations
A credit card must guarantee online reservations.
Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is payable upon check-in.
Rate Adjustments
All room and day tour rates are subject to change without prior notice.
C. Guest Registration, Check-In, and Check-Out
Registration
Guests must register at the front desk upon arrival and present valid identification.
Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Gate Closing
The resort gates close at 8:00 PM. Overnight guests must check in before this time.
Personal Belongings
The resort reserves the right to remove and transfer guests’ belongings who fail to check out on time, and additional charges may apply.
Room Keys
Room keys must be deposited at reception when guests leave the resort and check out. Lost keys will be charged to the guest’s account.
D. Security
Gate Closing
The resort gate closes at 8:00 PM for security.
Prohibited Items
Fireworks, firearms, and other deadly weapons are strictly prohibited.
E. Resort Liability
1. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for observing resort policies and safety rules. The resort is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, or death due to guests’ negligence or willful acts.
2. Valuables
Guests are responsible for their valuables. The resort is not liable for lost or damaged belongings.
F. Confidentiality
Privacy
Guest information is private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
G. Amendments
1. Policy Changes
The resort reserves the right to amend policies at any time.
